We, the undersigned, have been designated by the Board of Trustees (BOT) , as members of the Electoral Committee who will coordinate, take charge and ensure the whole process of the 2012-2014 BOT election on Saturday, October 13 2012.
May we remind you to please pay your membership dues prior to the conduct of the General Assembly, as this will mean member’s right to vote so your chosen candidate for the BOT will be counted during the election.
Below are the corresponding membership fees:

Residents, General Practitioner, Dentists …….. 250.00
Nurses and Other Health Professionals ………… 200.00
Health Workers and Students …………….. 100.00

October 12, 2012.

Furthermore, please take note of the following important dates related to the conduct of our general assembly:
September 24 – 30, 2012 – Start of the nomination period for the New BOT members
October 1 – 7, 2012 – Publication/Announcement of the official list of nominees for the new BOT and Distribution of official ballots for the elections.
October 8 – 12, 2012 – Casting of votes in person, through mail, e-mail or by proxy
