Update on Medical Disaster Reponse on Guiuan, Eastern Samar according to our Emergency Physician volunteer, Dr. Bernadette Velasco. The initiative was headed by Health Futures Foundaiton, Inc’s HELP SAGIP SAMAR, in partnership with Department of Health, Paibare, Glaxosmithkline and UNILAB.
Total of 80 barangays have not been reached yet. Only Poblacion and nearby areas have been initially reached.
